We are only 85km or just over one hour from the Brisbane CBD. From Brisbane travel south-west along Ipswich Road/Ipswich Motorway to Dinmore. Take the Cunningham Highway Exit on the left-hand side, and follow signs towards Warwick. Take the Kalbar Exit (on the left hand side) and follow the signs into the Township of Kalbar. Follow the main street (George Street) until you come to Pennell Street and the property is approximately 500 metres further up on the right hand side. From the Gold Coast, head north along the Pacific Motorway to the Logan River. After crossing the River take the Logan Motorway turn-off and continue to the Ipswich Motorway and follow signs to Ipswich. At Dinmore, take the Cunningham Highway Exit on the left-hand side, and follow signs towards Warwick. Take the Kalbar Exit (on the left hand side) and follow the signs into the Township of Kalbar.
